Pineapple Ice Cream
Ingredients 750 gr pineapple pulp 400 gr glazed sugar ½ lemon juice 50 ml milk cream
Preparation
- Mash and strain the pineapple pulp. Add the glazed sugar, lemon juice and milk cream. Refrigerate.
- You can also dice 2 pineapples slices into cubes and refrigerate.
