Pineapple and Sweet Potato Sweet

Ingredients
Pineapple (puree), 1 cup
Cooked sweet potato (puree), ½ cup
Brown sugar, 1 cup
Water, 1 cup
Pineapple essence, to the taste

Preparation
Mix the pineapple puree with the sweet potato and the sugar. Allow it to sit for one hour. Then place in a pot and cook over low heat. Add in the water and the pineapple essence. Stir continuously until the sweet is at its point and to avoid it from sticking to the bottom. Bottle and keep in the refrigerator.
