Pie Crust Recipe

 

Ingredients
250 grs flour
½ teaspoon salt
1 egg
30 grs melted butter
Warm water

Preparation

  1. In a medium bowl put the flour salt in the middle add the egg and the melted butter
  2. Gradually go adding the warm water until obtaining smooth dough
  3. Beat the dough for 15 minutes.
  4. Let the dough sit for 30 minutes. Roll the dough very thin until almost see-through.
  5. Can be use to make pie, apple crumble etc.
