Pie Crust Recipe
Ingredients 250 grs flour ½ teaspoon salt 1 egg 30 grs melted butter Warm water
Preparation
- In a medium bowl put the flour salt in the middle add the egg and the melted butter
- Gradually go adding the warm water until obtaining smooth dough
- Beat the dough for 15 minutes.
- Let the dough sit for 30 minutes. Roll the dough very thin until almost see-through.
- Can be use to make pie, apple crumble etc.
