Pickled Oranges
Ingredients 3 big oranges, cut in thick slices Water 250 grams of sugar 250 ml of honey 1 cinnamon stick
Preparation Heat the oranges over low heat covered in water for 20 minutes or until they soften. Drain and place on the side. Mix the rest of the ingredients in a bowl and bring them to a boil. Add in the orange slices and cook over low heat for 20 minutes or until they are covered in the syrup. Take the cinnamon stick out.
