Ingredients
1 ½ cups of flour
125 grs of butter
3 teaspoons of cold water
Filling
2 beaten eggs
1 ½ cups of pecans
30 grs of butter
½ cups of glazed sugar
1 ½ cup of syrup
1 teaspoon of vanilla
Preparation
- Place the flour, butter and water in a blender, blend until obtaining smooth dough refrigerate dough for 1 hour before using.
- Remove dough from the fridge.
- Spread dough over a butter pan and bake for 10 minutes, remove pie crust from oven and let it cool down.
- Spread pecans over the baked pie crust.
- In a pitcher mix eggs, butter, vanilla, sugar and syrup beat until obtaining a smooth substance, pour the mix on the pecans.
- Bake the pie for 45 minutes, decorate the pie with glazed sugar, and let the pie cool down before serving.
