Ingredients
Cup of cream cheese
4 cups of flour
3 teaspoons of baking powder
3 cups of sugar
2 coffee cups of oil
Grated lemon peel
4 eggs
3 pears
Preparation
- In a medium size cooking bowl, beat with electric mixer flour, baking powder, 3 cups of sugar cream cheese and eggs until obtaining a smooth batter.
- Butter the pan with butter or oil, pour the batter on the pan add the cut pears and bake for 35 minutes. Let it cool down before serving.
