Pear Mousse

 

Ingredients for 1 kg
1 ½ kg of pears
500 grs. sugar
1 squeezed lemon
1 tablespoon of cinnamon tea
  • Preparation time: 30 min
  • Cooking time: 2 hrs
  1. Peel the pears, split them in eight, their seeds and then cut them up in pieces.
  2. Stirring the pears begin to cook them for an approx of 2 hrs until they become pulp.
  3. If needed blend pears to turn them into pulp.
  4. Wash the crystals recipients with hot water, and let them drip dry.
  5. Add the lemon juice, sugar and cinnamon to the pear pulp and continue to cook for an extra 2 min.
  6. Fill the crystal recipients with the mousse and close them immediately. The mousse will last for about 3 months in a fresh place.
