Pear Mousse
Ingredients for 1 kg 1 ½ kg of pears 500 grs. sugar 1 squeezed lemon 1 tablespoon of cinnamon tea
- Preparation time: 30 min
- Cooking time: 2 hrs
- Peel the pears, split them in eight, their seeds and then cut them up in pieces.
- Stirring the pears begin to cook them for an approx of 2 hrs until they become pulp.
- If needed blend pears to turn them into pulp.
- Wash the crystals recipients with hot water, and let them drip dry.
- Add the lemon juice, sugar and cinnamon to the pear pulp and continue to cook for an extra 2 min.
- Fill the crystal recipients with the mousse and close them immediately. The mousse will last for about 3 months in a fresh place.
