Ingredients
1 pear, cut in half, heart out
Limejuice of 2 lemons
4 tablespoons of confectioner’s sugar
500 ml of melted vanilla ice cream
Preparation
Take the pulp out of the pears and blend it. Add in the limejuice and the sugar. Add in the pear mixture to the melted ice cream and put it in the freezer.
