Ingredients
3 egg yolks
150 gr sugar
1 lemon (juice only)
250 ml milk cream
½ kg pears
Preparation
- Peel the pears and take seeds out. Mash them with half the lemon juice to form a soft puree.
- Dissolve the sugar in ½ a cup of hot water and add the rest of the lemon juice.
- Beat the egg yolks and add the hot sugar syrup. Keep beating until it cools and add the pear puree.
- Beat the milk cream and add to the original mix and refrigerate.
