Pear Ice Cream

 

Ingredients
3 egg yolks
150 gr sugar
1 lemon (juice only)
250 ml milk cream
½ kg pears

Preparation

  1. Peel the pears and take seeds out. Mash them with half the lemon juice to form a soft puree.
  2. Dissolve the sugar in ½ a cup of hot water and add the rest of the lemon juice.
  3. Beat the egg yolks and add the hot sugar syrup. Keep beating until it cools and add the pear puree.
  4. Beat the milk cream and add to the original mix and refrigerate.
