Pear Grape Pudding Recipe
Ingredients 350 grs of hard bread 800 grs of pears 100 grs raisins 100 grs of chocolate 200 grs of milk 200 grs of red wine 100 grs of butter 5 eggs 200 grs of sugar 80 grs of chopped nuts
Preparation
- Cut pears and bread in thin slices, place pears, bread, raisins and chocolate in a butter pan, sprinkle melted butter on it, and let it sit for 15 minutes.
- In a small pot heat milk, wine and butter, don’t let it boil.
- Beat eggs and sugar until creamy, gradually add this mix to the hot milk, pour mix over bread and pears sprinkle nuts, bake in oven for 40 minutes. Let it cool down before serving.
