Pear and Almond Jam
Ingredients Pears, 1 kilogram Lemon juice, 2 Ground almonds, 120 grams Sugar, 2 and ½ cups Almond essence, to the taste
Preparation Wash peel and cut the pears into slices. Add in the juice from the lemons and stir. Add in the sugar and allow it to macerate for one day. Cook over low heat until it acquires its jam consistency. Add in the ground almonds and the essence. Stir well and bottle. Keep in the refrigerator.
