Peanut Butterscotch brownies
Ingredients 2 eggs 250 grs glazed sugar 115 grs brown sugar 30 grs butter 60 grs peanut butter 1 tspn vanilla 165 grs flour 2 tspn of yeast 50 grs toasted peanuts
Preparation
- Preheat the oven 180c, butter the pan 23 cm with oil or butter, and cover with wax paper.
- Beat the eggs with electric mixer; add sugars, butter and peanut butter, beat for 3 minutes, sift the flour and yeast and add to the batter , beat well for 1 minute , don’t over beat .
- Put the batter in the pan and spread evenly, sprinkle the peanuts on the batter. Baked for 30 minutes, let it cool down for 15 minutes, cut in small pieces and put in a tray.
