Ingredients
500 grs glazed sugar
185 grs milk cream
2 tspn liquid sugar
1 tspn vanilla
60 grs crunchy peanut butter
Preparation
- Butter the pan 21x11 cm with oil or melted, cover the pan with wax paper.
- in a small pot cook milk cream sugar and liquid sugar until obtaining a smooth substance boil in low fire for 10 minutes stirring every now and then, remove from the fire add the vanilla and peanut butter
- Beat with an electric mixer until the mix can be spread easily.
- Spread the mix on the pan and cover with aluminum foil until it cools, cut in candy size, put away in air tight container and refrigerate.
