Peach Pie Recipe

Ingredients
160 grs flour
80 grs butter
50 grs grated nuts
A pinch of salt
½ teaspoon of baking powder
Water
Glazed sugar
Canned peach

Boston Cream Filling
100 grs sugar
1 egg
2 egg yolks
1 tablespoon of cornstarch
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup of hot milk
3 tablespoons of whip cream 

Preparation

  1. In a cooking bowl mix, flour, nuts, baking powder and water and mix until obtaining smooth dough, let the dough sit for 15 minutes. Spread the dough over a butter pan and bake for 15 minutes.
  2. In a small beat sugar, eggs, egg yolk cornstarch and vanilla until it turns into a smooth cream add the hot milk and cook until it becomes a smooth cream, add this cream and cut peaches to the cooked dough place the pie back in the oven and cook for 20 minutes.
