Peach Jam
Ingredients Peaches, 1 kilogram Sugar, 900 grams
Preparation Peel and take the pits out of the peaches. Blend them until you obtain a puree. Place the puree in a pot with the sugar. Cook it at low heat until you obtain a jam consistency. Bottle it and allow it to sit until the next day. Then put it in the refrigerator.
