Peach Ice Cream

 
Ingredients
700 gr peaches
150 gr sugar
1 lemon
250 ml milk cream

Preparation

  1. Put the peaches in hot water for 5 min, peel, deseed and mash up.
  2. Add the sugar, lemon juice. Beat the milk cream and add as well.
  3. Refrigerate until ready.
