Peach Flambé
- For 6 servings

- Time 45 minutes plus resting
Ingredients 12 peaches 1 cup of raspberry jam 3 cups of Benedictine 6 tbsp sugar
Preparation
- Place the peaches in boiling water. Put them into cold water, peel them and place them on a tray
- Sprinkle them with half the amount of sugar and place them in the fridge for 2 hours.
- At the moment of serving sprinkle the rest of the sugar and pour the liquor on top.
- Light the peaches on fire and when it extinguishes surround the peaches with the jam, serve.
Practical advice Peaches in syrup can be used too, strain them well before flaming the peaches.
