Peach Crown

 

Peach Crown

  • For: 6-8 servings
  • Time: 120 minutes

 

Ingredients:
4 egg whites
¼ kg sugar
½ liter skimmed milk or ice cream
1 canned peach
Vanilla, pastry cream, vinegar

Preparation:

  1. Beat the egg whites with a tbsp of vinegar, a little vanilla and ½ a tsp of pastry cream.
  2. Once they are stiff, add sugar slowly.
  3. Place into a decorating bag and form 12 circles on top of a buttered aluminum foil covered oven tray.
  4. Put into a 150 degree oven for 1 ½ hours.
  5. In a round tray, place them in a circled shape sticking them with a little skimmed milk.
  6. Place ½ peach on top of each one.
  7. Fill in the center of the circle with the skimmed milk or ice cream.
  8. Decorate with dried peaches and serve very cold.
