Peach Cake Recipe

Ingredients
500 grs pre made sponge cake
500 grs of canned peach
3 eggs
120 grs of sugar
250 grs of ricotta
150 grs mascarpone
500 grs of whip cream
1 small cup of liquor
30 grs of pistachios

Preparation

  1. In a small cooking beat egg yolks and sugar with electric mixer until creamy, gradually add ricotta, whip cream, mascarpone, liquor and keep beating until obtaining a creamy batter  an last add milk cream beat until creamy.
  2. Cut sponge cake in 3 layers, spread cream on the layers, and decorate the top part of the cake with let over cream and canned peaches.
