Peach Cake

Peach Cake

  • Preparation time: 60min
  • Portions: 4

Ingredients:
1kg of peaches
50grs of vegetable margarine
2tbsp of flour
2 eggs
100grs of brown sugar
50grs of almonds
1 cup of milk

Preparation
First beat the eggs together with the sugar until they turn spongy. In a big bowl pour the warm milk, where you add the flour and butter. While you stir heat this mixture on a low flame using a double boiler pot. After you peel the peaches slice them up and to the milk. Combine both mixtures together and set aside. Whip the egg whites together with a pinch of sugar until they stiffen and add to the mixture. Mix well and pour into an already buttered oven pan. Cook in the oven at a low flame for about 20 minutes. Withdraw from the pan and decorate it with sliced peaches and chopped almonds. Let it cool off before serving.
