As the title of this section presents, this goes dedicated to all who are interested in the culinary art that pleases the taste as well as the sight senses, be it for business, or because of certain fondness or for preparing a dessert, this manual shows all the ingredients that will be used as the composition and disposition of the same. This book however goes to all the housewives who in this book will find a collection of selected desserts and pastries of easy preparation, the simple ingredients that are sold everywhere and are sold for a non-costly price. We have also managed to modernize a variety of classic recipes, with the objective of making the preparation of these pastries simple, using also modern utensils for the preparation of the pastries, such as beaters, electric knives, highly graduated ovens and other elements which help housewives positively and efficiently, making their work easy and allowing them to work faster. As is natural, the amount of the ingredients and elements of each recipe is added or lessened according to the people for whom the pastries are being prepared. We have also tried to include to this book only recipes which are preferred and known by the vast majority of people.
