Ingredients
20 grams of butter
2 onions, sliced
8 buttered slices of bread
2 teaspoons of French mustard
8 slices of pastrami or ham
4 slices of gruyere cheese
Preparation
- Fry the onions with butter for 3-4 minutes.
- Spread mustard on the bread on the side without butter and place the pastrami, onions and cheese. Cover with the remaining bread with the buttered sides upwards.
- Fry the sandwiches in a pan for 3-4 minutes on each side until crispy.
Yogurt with fruit

Ingredients
3 tablespoons of minced raisins
10 cherries in syrup cut in fours
8 dates, without the core and minced
185 ml of boiling water
125 of orange juice
2 teaspoons of Jell-O
375 ml of yogurt
2 tablespoons of brown sugar
Preparation
- In a bowl with the boiling water add the cherries and dates. Soak for 10 minutes the drain.
- Pour the orange juice in a pitcher or cup for microwaves, sprinkle the Jell-O and cook at the maximum (100%) for 40 seconds. You can also do it on the stove at medium heat stirring constantly until the Jell-O dissolves. Put the mix on the side for it to cool.
- Mix the yogurt and sugar, add the fruit and the Jell-O mix. Serve in individual cups and refrigerate until served.
