Oriental Yogurt Cream and Cucumber

Ingredients 2 cucumbers 2 low-fat yogurts 1 liter of semi-skimmed milk a little chive or 1 tooth of garlic A little bit of mint leaves Pepper Salt
Preparation

Instead of every milk, can do this cream with the half of water and the half of milk or, on the contrary, if wants that turn out to be more creamy, with ¾ of liter of milk and ¼ of liter of milk evaporated or of cream of milk.
