Oriental Pineapple Cheese Recipe
Ingredients: 2 pineapples 12 eggs 3 yolks 5 cups of sugar 1 cup of oriental rum
Preparation: Peel the pineapples and blend them until you get 1 liter of fresh pineapple juice. Prepare syrup with the pineapple extract, the sugar and the rum. Cook the syrup at a low flame for it not to darken, once it has thickened a little, remove from fire and let it cool off.
Beat the whole eggs. Prepare a candy with one spoon of sugar and one of water in a flan mold. Place the mold in a low flame fire until the sugar starts melting making sure it doesn’t cook too much and moving the flan mold to make sure the sugar spreads well on the bottom and sides of the mold. Once the syrup has cooled off a little, add the beat eggs. Stir very well for the ingredients to be well mixed and afterward pour it on the candied flan mold.
The cheese is cooked in a double sauce pan in the oven at a medium heat, make sure that the water in the double sauce pan doesn’t boil. The cooking will take one and a half hours approximately.
