Orange Soufflé Recipe
Ingredients: 3 large oranges 3 eggs 100grs of sugar ¼ dl of milk 25grs of powdered sugar 100grs of conserved fruit 30grs of cornstarch 40grs of butter 1 small glass of Curacao 2tsps of strawberry jam
Preparation: Cut the oranges in half and empty them with a spoon, making sure the peels don’t break. Place the egg yolks, the butter, the sugar and the cornstarch in a container, mix them well and add the milk which should be boiled previously. Cook stirring with a hand blender until you get a thick cream. Remove from fire and add 4 spoons of orange extract, the Curacao, the jam, the beat egg whites till stiff and the conserved fruit cut in slices, stir it all well to join the ingredients well.
Fill the empty peels with the cream and are sprinkled with powdered sugar and let them cook in the oven for 10 to 12 minutes. Remove from the oven, and sprinkle again with powdered sugar and are placed in a tray wrapped with paper napkins, and they are ready to be served.
