Orange soufflé

 

Orange soufflé

Ingredients
6 oranges
1 canned pineapple
3 eggs
1 small glass of Curacao
1 tbsp butter and 6 of sugar

Preparation

  1. Cut the oranges in half and empty carefully. Cut the orange meat and pineapple in thin slices.
  2. Beat the egg yolks with 3 tbsp of sugar and butter until foamy.
  3. Add Curacao and slices of pineapple and orange, stir.
  4. Pour the mix into the orange halves.
  5. Beat the egg whites and 3 tbsp of sugar till stiff.
  6. Cover the orange halves with the egg white stiff and place in the oven for a while to grate.

Practical advice
They can be served on top of green leaves
