Orange soufflé
- For 6 servings

Ingredients 6 oranges 1 canned pineapple 3 eggs 1 small glass of Curacao 1 tbsp butter and 6 of sugar
Preparation
- Cut the oranges in half and empty carefully. Cut the orange meat and pineapple in thin slices.
- Beat the egg yolks with 3 tbsp of sugar and butter until foamy.
- Add Curacao and slices of pineapple and orange, stir.
- Pour the mix into the orange halves.
- Beat the egg whites and 3 tbsp of sugar till stiff.
- Cover the orange halves with the egg white stiff and place in the oven for a while to grate.
Practical advice They can be served on top of green leaves
