Orange Pudding Recipe
Ingredients 2 big oranges 5 eggs 220 grs of sugar 50 grs of butter 30 grs of orange liquor 20 grs of flour
Preparation
- In a pot boil some water, peel and cut oranges and let it boil for4 hours.
- In a small cooking bowl beat egg yolks, 120 grs of sugar and butter until creamy keep beating add orange liquor, flour and beaten egg whites.
- In a small pot melt sugar until obtaining a golden brown caramel.
- Pour the pudding mix in a double sauce pan and bake in the oven for 20 minutes
- Remove from the oven, add the warm caramel, and refrigerate before serving.
