Orange Macedonia

- Time 15 minutes plus the resting.
Ingredients 4 to 8 oranges according to their sizes 150gr figs 1 orange extract ½ lemon extract 2tbsp liquor Sugar 50gr almonds
Preparation
- Peel oranges carefully and cut them in slices.
- Cut figs into very thin slices; place them in a glass bowl alternating them by layers with the orange slices.
- Mix the extracts with the liquor, pour on top of the Macedonia and place in fridge for about 2 hours, keep them covered with aluminum foil.
- Sprinkle the chopped and slightly toasted almonds on top at the moment of serving.
Practical advice You can also accompany the Macedonia oranges with sugar or vanilla flavored skimmed milk.
