Orange Jam
Ingredients Grated orange peel, 4 tablespoons Cold water, ¼ cup Orange jello, 1 tablespoon Orange juice, 1 cup Honey, 3 tablespoons Sugar, 4 tablespoons Water, 2 cups
Preparation Boil the water along with the grated orange peels, the sugar and the honey. When the preparation has a gluey consistency, add in the orange juice. Then take it off the heat and strain. Put it back into the pot and add in the dissolved jello in cold water. Cook for another 3 minutes stirring constantly. Bottle and then store in the refrigerator once it cools.
