Orange Jam
Ingredients Oranges with peels, 2 Lemon, 1 Water, as much as needed Sugar, as much as needed
Preparation Cut the oranges and the lemon into fine slices. Get rid of the seeds. Measure the slices in cups and place 3 cups of water for each cup of fruit. Allow it to macerate until the next day. Blend it all up until you obtain a thick consistency. For each cup of puree, place in 1 cup of sugar. Cook at high heat until it acquires the color of jam. Bottle and keep inside the refrigerator.
