Orange Cake Recipe
Ingredients 250 grs flour 3 eggs 150 grs of sugar 3 teaspoons of orange peel 100 grs of butter 6 teaspoons of milk
Frosting Juice of 3 oranges 100 grs of sugar Fruit gelatin Glazed sugar
Preparation
- In a small bowl beat sugar, eggs and orange peel until creamy gradually add butter, Flour, yeast, gradually add milk until obtaining a smooth batter, butter pan with butter or oil, pour the batter on the pan bake in oven for 45 minutes.
- In a double sauce pan cook orange juice and flour until it thickens, let it cool down, pour orange sauce over the cake, and refrigerate the cake for 1 hour before serving.
