Orange Cake

Ingredients: 200grs of flour 200grs of sugar 3 eggs 2 oranges 1 tsp of baking powder 1 pinch of salt 1 cup of orange juice 125grs of glazed sugar
Preparation Combine the eggs together with the sugar, juice (from the 2 oranges), grated lemon peel, baking powder, flour and salt which will turn into a spongy pastry. Butter up the oven pan and put the dough to cook in the oven at 180 Celsius degrees for 35 minutes. Once cooked you may decorate it by cutting it horizontally in half and filling it with pastry cream, which you make by combining together the orange juice and the glazed sugar
