Orange Cake

Ingredients:
4 eggs
3 cups o sugar
1 ½ cups of oil
1 cup of orange juice
1 tsp. of cinnamon
4 cups of flour
1 bag baking powder
Oil and flour for the pan
Orange Jam (for the filling)
Powder Sugar (for decoration)

Preparation
Separate the egg yokes from the egg whites, and mix the egg yokes together with the sugar. Slowly go mixing this with the oil until you get a smooth paste. Mix the mixture together with the orange juice, cinnamon, flour and baking powder. Beat the batter well and pour into an oven cake pan (already with oil and flour). And cook for a couple minutes in the oven at 180 Celsius degrees. Withdraw the cake from the pan and let it cool off. Cut it in half horizontally and fill it up with the orange jam. Cover it with rag paper for wrapping and let it cooling off. Sprinkle the powder sugar on top for decoration at your liking.
