Nut Ice Cream
Ingredients 200 gr nuts 500 ml milk cream 4 egg yolks 100 gr sugar 1 tspn vanilla
Preparation
- Grind the nuts very fine and mix with the milk cream at low flame, add the vanilla . Cover and let it cool.
- Beat the egg yolks with the sugar until if forms a spongy texture. Add the milk cream, which should be very cold and refrigerate.
Alternative
Ingredients 500 ml milk 1 tspn vanilla 2 eggs 100 gr sugar 15 gr cornstarch 100 gr nuts
Decoration 200 gr peeled nuts 100 gr sugar
Preparation
- Mix the egg yolks, milk and vanilla and cook and low flame. Add the nuts, let it cool and refrigerate.
- Prepare a caramel with the sugar and 5 tablespoons of water. Cover the peel nuts in the caramel. Let them cool and use to decorate the ice cream.
