Nut Croissant Recipe
Ingredients 200 grs butter 100 grs sugar 1 egg yolk 100 grs grated nuts 250 grs of flour ½ teaspoon of cinnamon Grazed sugar
Preparation
- Beat butter with sugar and gradually add egg yolk keep beating for 10 more minutes add grated nuts, cinnamon keep beating until obtaining smooth dough
- Refrigerate the dough for 2 hours
- Cut the dough in squares making half moon shape croissant.
- Butter pan with oil or butter, put the croissants in pan and bake for 15 minutes, sprinkle glazed sugar.
