Nut Croissant Recipe

 

Ingredients
200 grs butter
100 grs sugar
1 egg yolk
100 grs grated nuts
250 grs of flour
½ teaspoon of cinnamon
Grazed sugar

Preparation

  1. Beat butter with sugar and gradually add egg yolk keep beating for 10 more minutes add grated nuts, cinnamon keep beating until obtaining smooth dough
  2. Refrigerate the dough for 2 hours
  3. Cut the dough in squares making half moon shape croissant.
  4. Butter pan with oil or butter, put the croissants in pan and bake for 15 minutes, sprinkle glazed sugar.
