Nut Cake Recipe
Ingredients 50 grs of flour 150 grs of corn starch 140 grs of butter 6 eggs 2 teaspoons of baking powder 150 grs of chopped nuts Chopped canned peaches
Preparation
- In a small bowl beat butter and sugar until creamy gradually add egg yolks sifted flour, baking powder and corn starch, in a side bowl beat egg whites until obtaining a smooth meringue, mix the meringue in the batter.
- Butter pan with butter or oil, pour the batter on the pan sprinkle nuts on the batter and bake for 45 minutes.
- Decorate the cake with canned peaches and glazed sugar.
