Nut Cake Recipe

 

Ingredients
50 grs of flour
150 grs of corn starch
140 grs of butter
6 eggs
2 teaspoons of baking powder
150 grs of chopped nuts
Chopped canned peaches

Preparation

  1. In a small bowl beat butter and sugar until creamy gradually add egg yolks sifted flour, baking powder and corn starch, in a side bowl beat egg whites until obtaining a smooth meringue, mix the meringue in the batter.
  2. Butter pan with butter or oil, pour the batter on the pan sprinkle nuts on the batter and bake for 45 minutes.
  3. Decorate the cake with canned peaches and glazed sugar.
