Nut Cake Pudding Recipe
Ingredients 100 grs butter 150 grs sugar 2 eggs 1 teaspoon of grated orange peel 200 grs of flour 3 teaspoons of baking powder 5 teaspoons of whip cream 150 grs chopped nuts
Preparation
- In a small cooking bowl beat butter, eggs and sugar until creamy, over the mix sift flour baking powder gradually add whip cream and nuts, mix all the ingredients until obtaining a smooth batter.
- Butter pan with butter or oil, pour the batter over the pan and bake for 45 minutes.
