Nectarine Ricotta Mousse Recipe
Ingredients 5 canned peaches 5 nectarines 500 grs ricotta 200 grs glazed sugar 1 teaspoon of vanilla 1 small cup of liquor
Preparation In a big plate squash ricotta gradually add sugar, vanilla, liquor, canned peaches, mix all the ingredients with a wooden spoon gradually add cut nectarines and keep mixing until obtaining a creamy substance. Put ricotta in a round bowl and refrigerate for one hour until it becomes mousse.
