Nectarine Pie Recipe
Ingredients 180 grs of butter ½ cup of glazed sugar 2 eggs 1 cup of flour 1 cup of whole wheat flour 100 grs of chopped nuts 400 grs of nectarines ½ cup of brown sugar 1 teaspoon of grated lemon peel 1 teaspoon of amaretto
Preparation
- Beat with electric mixer butter, sugar, flour, water and egg beat until obtaining smooth dough, refrigerate dough for 1 hour before serving.
- In a small bowl mix nectarines, sugar, grated lemon peel and liquor, mix all the ingredients until obtaining a smooth substance.
- Pre heat oven at 180c butter pan with butter or oil, spread dough over butter pan pour nectarine mix on the pie crust, cut the left over dough in long strips, cover the pie with dough strips.
- Bake for 45 minutes. Let the pie cool down before serving.
