Nectarine Pie Recipe
Ingredients 500 grs pre made butter dough 5 nectarines 150 grs of milk cream 3 eggs 250 grs of sugar 100 grs flour 60 grs of butter ½ of cinnamon
Preparation
- Pre heat oven at 180c, butter the pan, spread the dough on the pan, in a small bowl beat milk cream, sugar, flour until creamy pour this batter over the pie crust, cut nectarines and add carefully to pie, bake in the oven for 30 minutes.
- In a cooking bowl beat butter, sugar, cinnamon and flour until obtaining a creamy batter.
- Remove pie from the oven, spread the batter and place back in the oven bake for 15 more minutes. Let the pie cool down before serving.
