Nectarine, Melon and Yogurt Jelly Recipe
Ingredients 200 grs of white melon 3 nectarines 500 grs of natural yogurt 1 liter of milk 150 grs sugar 150 grs gelatin
Preparation
- Peel and cut nectarines.
- Boil milk in a double sauce pan add sugar gradually yogurt, and stir every now and then making sure it doesn’t burn, add cut nectarines let it boil for 1 hours, pour the sauce on a flat glass pan refrigerated for 3 hours.
- Cut the melon in thin slices remove the jelly and served with a melon slices.
