Multicolor chocolate brownie
Ingredients White chocolate mix 60 grs butter 90 grs dark chocolate in big chucks 125 grs glazed sugar 1 pre beaten egg 60 grs flour
Dark chocolate mix 60 grs 90 grs white chocolate chips 125 grs glazed sugar 1 table spoon vanilla 1 pre beaten egg
Preparation
- Pre heat oven at 180 c lightly butter the pan with butter or oil, cover the pan with wax paper.
- to elaborated the chocolate batter , put chocolate and butter in a double souse pan mix until obtaining a creamy substance , in a small cooking bowl with a wooden spoon beat sugar, vanilla, egg and add the dark chocolate mix , flour and mix the batter .
- to elaborated the white chocolate batter, cook white chocolate and butter in a double souse pan , with a wooden spoon beat sugar , vanilla egg , add the white chocolate mix add flour with out beating to hard
- alternated white batter with dark in the same pan with out mixing
- Bake for 35 minutes, let cool down then cut in squares.
