Mocha Ice Cream

 
Ingredients
½ lt milk cream
6 egg yolks
250 gr sugar
100 ml coffee extract
1 tbspn cocoa powder

Preparation

  1. Mix the sugar, cacao and coffee
  2. Add the yolks and beat until it forms a spongy texture.
  3. Add the milk cream and mix well, then refrigerate.
