Mixed Tart
- For 6 servings

- Time 10 minutes plus baking
Ingredients 30gr corn flour 100gr wheat flour 50gr butter 50gr sugar 10gr yeast Milk
Preparation
- Mix all the ingredients except the yeast, using a little milk.
- Work the paste and add the yeast, keep working the dough until it’s totally mixed.
- Butter a mold, pour the dough on it and let it cook at a moderate heat for ½ hour.
Practical advice It’s good to be served for dinner and must be served very hot.
