Mix Fruit Pie Recipe
Ingredients 2 cups of flour 1 cup of glazed sugar 150 grs of butter 3 teaspoons water
Filling 1 cup of chopped raisins 1 cup of chopped assorted dry fruit 100 grs of chopped nuts 150 grs of sugar 1 grated apple 1 teaspoon of lemon peel 1 teaspoon of brandy
Preparation
- Pre heat oven at 180c butter pan with butter or oil.
- In an electric mixer beat sugar, butter, until creamy, gradually add water, flour; keep beating until obtaining smooth dough.
- In a small bowl mix fruit, brandy, lemon peel and sugar, mix all the ingredients until obtaining a creamy sauce, spread dough over the butter pan, pour the fruit mix on the pie crust, cut the left over dough in long strips cover the fruit pie with dough strips.
- Bake pie for 40 minutes; let the pie cool down before serving.
