Ingredients:
200 grs sugar
100 ml water
A few drops of green food coloring
1 lemon
1 cup mint (peppermint) liquor
10 to 12 ice cubes
Preparation:
- Place the sugar with the water in a pot and stir carefully for it to dissolve well, place it in the fire and let it cook for 5 minutes to make thick syrup.
- Add the grated lemon, its extract and the green food coloring, let it boil and then cool off.
- Grind the ice until it becomes an iced drink and in that moment add the lemon syrup and blend it for a while.
- Place into a bowl and put into the freezer for ½ hour, after which you add the mint liquor, stir well.
- Lace in the freezer again for another ½ hour and serve in tall glasses.
