Mint Ice Cream
Ingredients 500 ml milk 4 egg yolks 125 gr sugar 1 tspn vanilla 10 gr mint leaves
Preparation
- Heat the milk and vanilla.
- Mix the egg yolks and sugar until it forms a smooth mix. Add the hot milk and keep mixing. Put back on the fire and let it thicken without it boiling.
- Add the mint leaves and let it sit for 20 min. Strain and refrigerate.
