Ingredients:
1 liter of milk sherbet ice cream
1 container of strawberry jam
2 tbsps butter
6 sugar lumps
2 tbsps of orange liquor or cognac
Preparation:
- Place the milk sherbet ice cream balls in glass cups.
- Heat up the jam with the butter at a low flame stirring continuously.
- Put the sugar lumps on a dish. Pour the liquor on top of the sugar lumps in drops.
- Pour the jam on top of the ice cream and put a soaked sugar lump on top of each glass cup.
- At the moment of serving, light the sugar on fire.
