Meringue Strawberry Tart

Ingredients:
1kg of grapes (red and white)
4 eggs
2 tbsp of sifted flour
50grs of butter
1 bag of baking powder
500grs of sugar
1 pinch of cinnamon

Preparation
Wash and dry out the grapes and then peel and withdraw their seeds. Cook for 10min in with sweetened water, and the whip the mixture using the electric beater. Whip both the egg whites and butter separately and add them to the grapes. On a low flam dissolve the flour in the grape mixture, cook until it thickens a bit. After you add the baking powder, withdraw from the fire and let it cool off, and pour into a deep dish. Meanwhile make the cream by whipping the egg whites together with the sugar until its turns spongy. Once the strawberries are clean place them around the tart and create flower buds with the cream. Let it cool off in the freezer for 30 minutes.
