Meringue Ice Cream
Ingredients ½ lt milk 2 eggs 100 gr sugar 15 gr cornstarch 1 tbspn vanilla sugar 2 tbspn milk cream 100 gr meringue Syrup (any kind)
Preparation
- Mix the meringue
- Mix the cornstarch in ½ cup of milk
- Heat the remaining milk
- Beat the eggs with the sugar and vanilla sugar. Add the milk and diluted cornstarch, mix continuously.
- Put in a pot and heat at low flame until it thickens; remove from stove once it begins to boil. Let it cool and add the milk cream and refrigerate until it begins to harden.
- Add the meringue to the ice cream mix and refrigerate again.
- Unmold and cover with caramel fudge or fruit syrup.
