Meringue Ice Cream

Ingredients
½ lt milk
2 eggs
100 gr sugar
15 gr cornstarch
1 tbspn vanilla sugar
2 tbspn milk cream
100 gr meringue
Syrup (any kind)

Preparation

  1. Mix the meringue
  2. Mix the cornstarch in ½ cup of milk
  3. Heat the remaining milk
  4. Beat the eggs with the sugar and vanilla sugar. Add the milk and diluted cornstarch, mix continuously.
  5. Put in a pot and heat at low flame until it thickens; remove from stove once it begins to boil. Let it cool and add the milk cream and refrigerate until it begins to harden.
  6. Add the meringue to the ice cream mix and refrigerate again.
  7. Unmold and cover with caramel fudge or fruit syrup.
